2. Download and fill out our delivery form in the following link. Kindly fill up all items. If not applicable, please indicate "N/A."

4. Email your completed order form to designerbloomseastwood@gmail.com.
5. Text us at 0919 891 5662 to confirm your order. We will be replying with the total amount to be paid including delivery charges and payment instructions.
